Outer Banks Restaurant Week gives local food enthusiasts and visitors an opportunity to enjoy 3-course lunch or dinner menus at participating restaurants for a fixed price of either $20 or $35. So much value and great restaurants from Duck to Rodanthe to choose from. Be sure not to miss it!

Starting as a 24 seat cafe in 1946, Owens has become the ‘benchmark’ evening dinner restaurant by which all others are measured locally… at all levels, whether it’s quality and freshness of food, its preparation/presentation or the attentiveness with which it’s served. Perhaps operation by the same family for over 65 years has something to do with it? Priced accordingly, you probably owe it to your family to include at least one trip here as part of your Outer Banks vacation tradition. Open nightly for dinner 5pm-9pm.

Saturday mornings feature delicious ‘fish cakes’, Sunday is great for brunch and hearty ‘no-filler’ crab cakes are a crave-rave any day. ‘Catch-of-the-day’ sandwiches, tacos and plates simply offer the best of what’s fresh at reasonable prices. Open daily, 6:30am-10:30pm in season.

A local’s favorite since 1989, Caribbean flair meets high energy surfer hang out, while great food pairs with attentive service at reasonable prices. Choose from plenty of creative sandwiches and wraps, seafood, chicken or steaks as well as intriguing specials … with Wednesday night being ‘Sushi Night! Open 11:30am for lunch and dinner.
